*Job Description:*

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a Junior Architect with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Junior Architect at RAD, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge architectural designs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Assist in the design and development of architectural plans, including conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.

2. Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.

3. Conduct site visits and assessments, and assist in preparing site analysis reports.

4. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

5. Research and select appropriate materials and building systems.

6. Stay updated with industry trends and codes to ensure compliance in all designs.

7. Utilize architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup) and other relevant tools to create and modify project drawings.

*Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. 1 to 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.

3. Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Sketchup.

4. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

8. A portfolio of relevant work to showcase your skills and design capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
