Junior Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Drafting**:

- Assist in **conceptual design development** and **architectural drawings**.
- Create **2D and 3D models** using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Develop **detailed drawings and construction documents**.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with **senior architects and consultants** to ensure project alignment.
- Assist in **site visits** and document project progress.
- Coordinate with **structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors**.
- **Presentation & Visualization**:

- Prepare **architectural presentations** with renderings and mood boards.
- Use software like **Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape** for high-quality visualizations.
- **Technical & Compliance**:

- Ensure designs comply with **building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines**.
- Assist in **BOQ preparation** and **material selection**.
- **Client & Team Collaboration**:

- Participate in **client meetings** and presentations.
- Collaborate with **interior designers, landscape architects, and vendors**.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, etc.
- **Skills**:

- Strong **design sense** and **attention to detail**.
- Good **understanding of materials, construction techniques, and sustainability**.
- Excellent **communication and teamwork skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of **BIM (Building Information Modeling)**.
- Interest in **AI-integrated architectural solutions**.
- Familiarity with **VR/AR tools for architecture**.
