1. **Design and Concept Development**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
- Develop innovative, sustainable, and AI-integrated architectural concepts.
- Create initial design sketches, mood boards, and 3D conceptual models using BIM and design tools.

2. **Project Planning & Coordination**
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documents.
- Plan project timelines, phases, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for seamless integration.

3. **Client Communication & Presentation**
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
- Address feedback and revise drawings as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

4. **Site Supervision & Execution Oversight**
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Resolve on-site issues in coordination with the execution team.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

5. **Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Work closely with design, interior, and execution teams.
- Mentor junior architects and interns.
- Participate in design reviews, critiques, and weekly team meetings.

6. **Technology & AI Integration**
- Use AI-assisted design tools and automation workflows.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of smart solutions in architecture and planning.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and digital tools relevant to the field.

7. **Documentation & Regulatory Compliance**
- Prepare municipal drawings and coordinate building permit approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability norms (such as GRIHA or IGBC if applicable).
- Maintain accurate project records, material specifications, and documentation.

8. **Professional Development & Representation**
- Attend architectural expos, webinars, and training sessions.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, public forums, and design presentations.
- Promote the firm's values of design excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
