Job Title: Site Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Site Coordinator at Arshak Architects will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day construction activities of assigned projects. The Site Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and the design team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the Project Manager to understand project goals, timelines, and budget constraints. - Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure that construction work is being completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. - Inspect work on a regular basis to ensure quality and compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations. - Identify potential problems and recommend solutions to the Project Manager. - Ensure that construction work is completed within budget and that any deviations are reported to the Project Manager. - Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of construction activities. - Manage and coordinate site logistics, including the delivery of materials and equipment, and the scheduling of inspections. - Communicate regularly with the design team to ensure that any changes to the plans or specifications are properly documented and communicated to the site team. - Monitor and manage site safety to ensure that the project site is safe and secure for workers and visitors. - Ensure that all required permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained and maintained.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, diploma. - 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the architecture industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The Site Coordinator at Arshak Architects will be an essential member of the project team, responsible for ensuring that construction work is completed to the highest standards and that the project is completed on time and within budget.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
