**Position Overview**:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the CEO by managing their daily schedule, communication, and administrative functions. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth operations by coordinating tasks, projects, and interactions, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making and leadership responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar and Schedule Management**:

- Maintain and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel, and ensure appropriate preparation.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and board members.
- Represent the CEO in meetings as needed, taking notes and following up on action items.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with the CEO's preferences and business requirements.
- **Meeting Preparation & Support**:

- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO has all necessary information.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, taking detailed notes and following up on key actions.
- Track meeting outcomes and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- **Project Management**:

- Support CEO in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the CEO’s goals and initiatives.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the CEO’s personal and professional matters.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial report preparation.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate other administrative functions.
- **Event Planning**:

- Coordinate events, conferences, or other executive functions hosted by the CEO or company.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, guest management, and follow-up.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
