**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Seating Guests**:

- Welcome guests as they arrive and assist in finding suitable seating.
- Provide menus and any specials of the day.
- **Taking Orders**:

- Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations.
- Take accurate and complete orders, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- **Serving Food and Beverages**:

- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables.
- Ensure proper presentation of dishes and beverages.
- Attend to any additional requests or modifications.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Be attentive to guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Address any concerns or issues with a positive and customer-centric approach.
- **Handling Payments**:

- Present bills to customers and process payments accurately.
- Provide change and receipts as needed.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Clear tables promptly and reset for the next guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of menu items and willingness to learn about specials.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
