- Knowledge of the menu and willingness to learn about food and beverage offerings.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.

**Bar Staff/Bartender**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and interacting with customers at the bar.
- Taking drink orders and serving beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Mixing and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Checking identification to verify the legal drinking age.
- Monitoring bar inventory and restocking as needed.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Engaging with customers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Checking in with patrons to ensure satisfaction and offering additional drinks.
- Following health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender is often preferred.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy kegs or cases.
- Knowledge of basic math for inventory tracking and order processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,829.45 - ₹15,280.59 per month
