Server/waiter

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and taking their orders accurately and efficiently.

Handling food and beverage orders and delivering them to the customers.

Managing the front desk station, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and welcoming customers.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the dining area, restrooms, and workstations.

Manage store inventory and st

Ensuring that customers have an enjoyable and comfortable dining experience.

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and to the customers' satisfaction.

Upselling and promoting specials to customers.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy cafe or restaurant environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and organization.

A positive and proactive attitude.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
