**JOB Description**: Bar and Floor Supervisor - Call Center Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Call Center Operations**:

- Supervise call center agents, including those handling customer service, sales, and support calls related to bar and beverage services
- Monitor and manage call queues, wait times, and agent productivity

**Bar and Beverage Expertise**:

- Provide expert knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and beverage services to call center agents and customers
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance agents' knowledge of bar and beverage services
- Ensure compliance with alcohol handling and service regulations

**Staff Management**:

- Train and develop agents to improve performance and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage staff conflicts and resolve issues promptly

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- 3+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and beverage services
- Basic math skills and accuracy with data analysis
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in alcohol handling and service preferred
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
