We are hiring a **Factory Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at our industrial unit. This is a **field-based role** requiring strong coordination, discipline, and leadership to manage factory floor activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage labor across shifts
- Oversee daily operations, production targets, and material movement
- Ensure timely **dispatch and receiving** of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the factory
- Report daily production, stock levels, and issues to management

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in factory or warehouse supervision preferred
- Ability to manage labor and field operations independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial setting
- Basic knowledge of dispatch/receiving records and inventory handling

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: 6 days/week
**Schedule**: Day shift

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
