**Job Title: Process Worker (Factory)**

**Job Summary**:
As a Process Worker in our factory, you will play a vital role in the production process by performing various tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operating Machinery**: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process, including assembly lines, conveyor belts, packaging machines, and other specialized machinery, according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- **Monitoring Production Processes**: Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently. Identify any issues or abnormalities and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Inspect products for defects or flaws, perform tests as required, and make adjustments to maintain quality consistency.
- **Assembling and Packaging**: Participate in assembling products or packaging finished goods according to specifications. This may involve tasks such as assembling components, filling containers, labeling products, and preparing them for shipment.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Wear appropriate protective gear, follow safe work practices, and report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep work areas clean and organized, including regular cleaning of machinery and equipment. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
- **Teamwork and Communication**: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate tasks, address issues, and ensure smooth operations. Communicate any production-related concerns or suggestions for improvement to the appropriate personnel.
- **Adherence to Production Schedules**: Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of orders and fulfillment of customer requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and production processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,218.71 per month
