**Reporting to**: Quality Manager / Factory Manager
**Experience Required**: 5-7 years in garment manufacturing quality control
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Quality Incharge is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality standards of garment production processes. This includes in-line and final inspection, implementation of quality systems, handling buyer audits, and ensuring production output meets the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage quality control activities across all stages of production - cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections of garments to identify defects and root causes.
- Train and guide quality checkers, line supervisors, and operators on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues in real-time and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to buyer-specific quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (including third-party or buyer audits).
- Monitor AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) system and report deviations to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejection rates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
