**Job Summary**:
The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process in the garments production unit. This includes ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards as well as the specifications of buyers. The role involves managing QA teams, implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and coordinating with production and merchandising teams to achieve on-time delivery of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance systems and procedures in line with buyer requirements.
- Lead the QA team including line inspectors, inline and final quality controllers.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, pre-production meetings, and risk assessments.
- Monitor the quality of garments during various stages of production (cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing).
- Analyze quality reports and take corrective/preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).
- Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and technical teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Train quality personnel and operators on quality standards and improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with buyers/third-party auditors during quality inspections and audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of quality control activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
