**Roles & Responsibilities: -**A Production InCharge in a garment knitwear company plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
**Planning and Organizing Production Activities**:

- Developing detailed production schedules and plans to meet production goals efficiently.
- Allocating resources such as machinery, materials, and human capital for optimal productivity.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Implementing and monitoring quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify quality issues promptly1.

**Team Supervision and Leadership**:

- Supervising production teams, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Training staff on production processes and implementing skill development programs1.

**Timely Delivery and Inventory Management**:

- Ensuring timely delivery of products by managing production timelines effectively.
- Overseeing inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed1.

**Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Working closely with departments like cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating with merchandising, quality assurance, and logistics teams to meet production targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
