**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet production schedules.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Supervise line supervisors, operators, and floor staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain production records, daily output reports, and prepare summaries for management.
- Monitor product quality and coordinate with the quality control department to ensure standards are met.
- Identify bottlenecks or production issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the factory floor.
- Coordinate with other departments like Cutting, Finishing, Merchandising, and Maintenance.
- Train and guide production staff to improve performance and adherence to SOPs.
- Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective production methods.
- Monitor absenteeism, discipline, and workforce morale.
- Ensure on-time delivery and achieve monthly/weekly/daily production targets.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a garment manufacturing setup, preferably in a woven/knitwear unit.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, machinery, and workflow.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and production tracking software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or digital production monitoring tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings/spec sheets.
- Basic knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX) is a plus.

**Salary**: Based on experience and industry standards

**Working Hours**: [e.g., 9 AM - 8.00 PM, 6 days/week]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.22 - ₹35,000.00 per month
