We are looking for International Call Center Executives with excellent English communication skills for international calls.
**Responsibility**:
Answering calls, handling customer complaints, and following up on customer calls.
Providing customer service and support, including answering questions and resolving issues related to products and services.
Being able to handle and adapt to different cultures and languages.
Utilizing a computer and customer service software to track customer interactions and information.
**Requirement and Skills**:
Strong communication (Verbal and written), problem-solving, and customer service skills are required.
Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
