
Call Center Executive

Responsible for facilitating the scheduling of appointments for members with the use of effective communication, technology and customer service skills.
- Responsible for informing members regarding the program benefits.
- Collaborates with internal call center team regarding workflow process improvement, document management, and abstraction education.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proven, strong relationship builder/maintainer with internal clients and external members and have operational knowledge
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good analytical skills and the ability to problem solve creatively, objectively and rapidly
- A positive, flexible and self-motivated attitude, with superior teamwork skills in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Strong understanding of health plan terminology required.
Minimum Required Qualifications
1-3 years of Call Center Experience
Excellent oral and writing skills.
- Critical thinking skills
- Must be organized with the ability to keep accurate notes and records
- Demonstrated ability to articulate goals, plan and implement processes, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
