Solutions Architect

With your seasoned solution architecture skills and business acumen, you will provide leadership to project teams to ensure the successful design and delivery of technology solutions.

Evaluating business inputs such as processes, requirements and strategy and determining technical solutions to support the business by leveraging a combination of industry expertise, knowledge of software/services, infrastructure, domain knowledge, etc.

Acting as an internal product manager of Salesforce and collaborating with technical architects, developers, Admins, and other technology folks for ensuring CRM system works as a well-oiled machine for ever evolving business.

You will be acting as a trusted advisor to business functions and as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals collaborating with you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:
The **CRM Solution Architect** will act as a strategic and productive member to our organization and management through hands-on Analysis of Datacore Business Processes as they create and modify key business functionality.

The CRM Solutions Architect will interact with executive leadership of the company, providing research and recommendations, solution, and design of CRM systems at enterprise level currently utilizing the Salesforce CRM cloud along with NetSuite ERP system.
- Design feasible innovative architectural solution that fits the overall business vision, considering functional and technical requirements
- Create and share solution architecture communication (written and verbal) to all levels of stakeholders from executive leadership, product owners, peer architects to development teams.
- Support program estimations by helping to size relative efforts, identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and unspoken non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams Review solutions and recommending improvements
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
- Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for sales, service, and platform solutions
- Act as a release manager, approving configuration, and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying change
- Act as a data champion providing technical solutions for ensuring data integrity, reliability, and security in the systems
- Ability to drive clarity within complexity and a high degree of ambiguity to simplify and clearly communication a technical vision and roadmap aligned to business outcomes
- Ability to decompose technical concept as required to mentor other junior members of the team

**Education/Experience**:

- Masters in business administration along with Bachelors degree or greater in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Solid experience architecting Salesforce CRM solution with domain knowledge of building CRM for IT, Media & entertainment and Healthcare
- Demonstrable design capability in Salesforce Sales cloud, service cloud, Einstein with migration and new implementation experience.
- Minimum Salesforce certified
- Design, architect, administrator, Sales Cloud consultant, Service Cloud consultant and Platform App Builder etc
- Active in Salesforce Community
- Complete end to end understanding and capability in integration through APIs for Netsuite Celigo, Azure Data Factory, Qollabi, Funnel source, Managed packages and external interfaces etc.
- Capability to build data model for the CRM that is secure, GDPR compliant and reliable
- Must have come from development experience in Apex Classes and Triggers as well as Visualforce, Lightening framework
- Mentor level proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript or another front-end frameworks & UI
- Demonstrated ability to create, present, and provide feedback to detailed technical solutions architectural specifications
- Expert level proficiency in using Salesforce data tools Relational Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and Data Loaders etc.
- Architecture Experience using REST/SOAP and other integration frameworks
- Technical writing skills with ability to create complete, comprehensive and understandable documentation
