ole: Third Party Payroll Finance & Accounting Industry Type: ManufacturingDepartment: Finance & AccountingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Finance & Accounting - OtherEducationUG: B.Com in Any SpecializationPG: M.Com in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in FinanceRequirements-Bachelors degree in accounting and finance.4+ years of relevant experience.Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting softwareGood Communication Skills.Ready to work from the office.Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.Roles and Responsibilities:Day-to-Day Accounting, Banking, Bill Processing,Taxation,TDS WorkingGSTR-1 & GSTR-3B Database preparationGSTR-2B Reconciliation with booksdata preparation for income tax/VAT/GST assessmentStatutory and Internal audit coordination, DocumentationThe Sr. Accounting Executive is responsible for Statutory Compliance and accumulating data required for computation of tax liabilities namely Service Tax, TDS and GST.Include ascertaining tax liabilities, making approved and authorized payment to the Government within the applicable time frame, filing of respective returns to the concerned authority by the due date and maintaining records of the same for future reference/audit purpose.Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.Ensures that the accounts payable and the companys financial obligations are met efficiently.Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.Execute credit card, bank account reconciliation and income statements.Generate purchase orders when necessary.Obtain and print signatures on all checks.Assist auditors for auditing process.Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
