Greet partners, articled assistants, staff, clients, visitors and guests (basically everyone) as they enter into office.
- Receiving Telephone calls and transferring it to the right person.
- Drafting letters in MS Word, entering data in Excel.
- Printing, scanning & stamping documents.
- Maintaining attendance software(Biometrics-essl) and co-ordinating with the staff for their Absenteeism if any.
- Making telephone calls to vendors/clients as per instruction from the concerned person and following up with them whenever necessary.
- Update the upcoming birthdays & holidays on the white board looking at the list in the last week of every month for the following month.
- Maintaining office stationery records in excel file including purchase and consumption of tea/coffee.
- Checking the pantry area and store room whether all stationery and other office purchases are arranged properly.
- Receiving incoming couriers and instructing the office boys to do outgoing courier if any.
- Filling cheque Deposit slips for any cheque deposits and instructing the office boys to go the bank for deposit.
- Maintaining office petty cash records and preparing vouchers for the same. - weekly balance confirmation.
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
- Managing Housekeeping Staff and supplies.
- Track of movement of people and material.
- Planning & schedule meeting.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Forwarding CV's received on mails and coordinating recruitment and onbaording.
- Ensuring office people use fingerprint machine at the 1st time of entry and before leaving and also during the day to ensure correct attendance marking and not by using the switch
- Ensure that washroom keys are duly kept by every person taking the same
- Maintaining books in library and update list Monthly download attendance data, and mark outdoor persons OD on daily basis
- Follow up for time sheets and data entry in Tally
- Read and make read Office Manual to new joinees.
- Connect with concerned persons for IT system requirements/ electricity / other equipment attendance.
- Other admin related work.
- Password maintenance for e mail ids and anti virus scanning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
