**Telesales Representative**

**Position**: Telesales Representative

**Position Reports to**:Team Leader - Operations.

**Brief**:
Outbound and sales representatives contact prospects and customers to sell products and services making cold calls to leads and generating sales and revenue for organizations. Additionally, outbound sales representatives are responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs).

An outbound sales representative has a simple goal: convert leads into sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for sales.
- **Provide Inbound Call Assistance**
- Provide prospects and customers with information about a business’ products and services without sounding “robotic” or “rehearsed.”
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next meeting and suggest additional products or
services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.

**Academic Requirement**:

- HSC or Bachelor’s or Master’s in any stream (except Engineering)
- Call Centre related certifications are a plus

**Experience Requirement**:

- Proven work experience in US Outbound campaign (minimum 6 months)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

**Skill Requirement**:

- Good to Great communication skills that make it easy to transition between outbound and inbound calls.
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Good interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and patient approach to work with problems/issues
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to exhibit a very polite, courteous and professional approach at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
