**Responsibilities**:

- Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plans
- Adapt learning materials to students’ need
- Monitor children’s behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
- Prepare students for transition to the next grade
- Inform parents about their children’s performance and potential problems
- Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant role
- A patient, resourceful, and resilient personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Qualification**:

- Graduate with B.Ed. (Special Education) / B.Ed.General with one year Diploma in Special Education / B.Ed.General with two years Diploma in Special Education / B.Ed.General with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education (PGPD) / B.Ed. Special Education and Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education (PGPC)

**Salary**: Rs.20 K -25K per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
