**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Menu Planning and Development**:

- Create a diverse and appealing menu for the pantry, considering resident preferences and dietary requirements.
- Develop innovative and seasonal dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

**2. Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Oversee portion control and waste management to maintain cost efficiency.

**3. Kitchen Organization and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain a clean and organized pantry kitchen.
- Implement proper food safety and hygiene practices in compliance with health regulations.

**4. Ingredient Sourcing**:

- Source fresh and high-quality ingredients from reputable suppliers.
- Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock of ingredients for menu items.

**5. Collaboration with Waitstaff**:

- Work closely with the waiter and waitstaff to coordinate food orders and delivery.
- Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless dining experience for residents.

**6. Customer Engagement**:

- Interact with residents to understand their preferences and gather feedback on menu items.
- Incorporate resident feedback into menu adjustments and improvements.

**7. Special Events and Catering**:

- Plan and execute special events and catering services as needed.
- Collaborate with the amenities management team for event coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
