**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented **Founder’s Office Intern** to support strategic planning, operations, and execution across the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain exposure to high-impact projects, and contribute to decision-making at the highest level.
You’ll work on real business challenges, helping the company drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Founders in research, presentations, and project execution
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, operations, and tech
- Support in tracking key KPIs, preparing performance dashboards, and business reports
- Conduct competitive research, benchmarking, and market analysis
- Analyze business data and generate insights
- Participate in brainstorming, business reviews, and leadership meetings as needed
- Handle follow-ups, minutes of meetings, and strategic communications
- Ensure timely execution of action items and alignment across teams

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- High proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)
- Working knowledge of **SQL** for data querying and analysis (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- High level of ownership, initiative, and a go-getter attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Desirable Skills**:

- Prior internship experience in consulting, startups, or business strategy roles
- Familiarity with startup culture and digital businesses
- Interest in consumer internet, marketplaces, or wellness industries

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
