This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is passionate about weddings, events, and technology.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Projects & Execution- Work closely with founders on key business priorities - market expansion, product launches, and growth initiatives.- Conduct research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.- Drive high-impact cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.2. Business Operations- Streamline processes across marketing, sales, vendor management, and operations teams.- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and highlight insights for leadership reviews.- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest scalable solutions.3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development- Support in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding wedding vendors and service partners.- Assist in building collaborations with hospitality venues, decor providers, and tech partners.- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.4. Product & Customer Insights- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to improve platform features and user experience.- Gather client feedback and market insights to help refine service offerings.- Work on initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer journey.5.
