**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:
- Assist in defining and implementing business strategies and OKRs.
- Support cross-functional projects and conduct market research to enable data-driven decisions.
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Monitor key performance indicators and assist in creating reports/dashboards.
- Help streamline processes for operational efficiency.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management**:
- Draft presentations, reports, and documents for key meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and act as a bridge between the founder and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving & Decision Support**:
- Identify challenges and propose solutions for critical business problems.
- Support special projects aligned with the company’s vision.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
