Purple Brick, a Digital Marketing & Digital Product startup founded by an IIM Calcutta Alumnus, is looking to hire people across multiple levels. We are a fast growing startup, delivering exceptional results to clients from over 10 countries across the globe. We are now creating digital assets, communities and products across multiple sectors like Education, HR, Ecommerce and Social Causes.

**Role**:

- Recommend improvements or enhancements to internal processes, simplifying them as needed.
- Ensure workflow and operations are efficient and effective, with the goal of improving the quality of service.
- Support the Founder in driving a strong agenda of accountability, execution and delivery.
- Assist in increasing revenue stream from current verticals.
- Detailed Analysis of Business Plans - Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Scenario Planning, Demand Estimation, Cost Comparisons and more.
- Lead and/or manage new initiatives including new ventures.
- Work with the founder to ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly priorities are set and achieved.

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Qualification**: B. Tech or MBA.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills. Excellent command over Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Ability to communicate concisely and briefly (Less Faff/Globe/DP and more Action).
- Substance over Style.
- Highly process oriented.
- Ability to balance among multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
- Should like to work without a structure but at the same time should not be inhibited when boundaries are given.
- Have a remarkable capability to repeatedly reinvent him/herself, to hit the ground running, bounce back, and renew themselves again and again, hour after hour, and day after day.

**Salary**: ₹66,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
