**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Assist in project management and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support in personal errands and tasks, as required.
- Maintain efficient filing systems, documentation, and office records.
**Requirements**:
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as an EA or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
- Must be locally available in Gurgaon.
**Budget/Compensation**: Up to 50 LPA
