POSITION Executive / Senior Executive - L1 Support

The incumbent will be responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions, Testing, Integration of S/w Product/ Solutions, Training and Trouble Shooting etc. They will be responsible for handling customer relationship

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams.
- Manages and maintain server and client configurations.
- Problem Identification and Resolution.
- Investigate the issues reported by users and provide the solution for L1 issues.
- Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution.
- Preventive Monitoring & Maintenance
- User acceptance testing and user Hand Holdings.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of OS and Application/Web Server is must
- Should have: Leadership abilities, self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, presentation & report generation skills, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness & diplomacy, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
