Job Description : Solution Architect PreSales (Trainee)

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to engage with potential customers and understand their specific needs and challenges. Tailor technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our IaaS solutions to prospects.

Solution Design: Work closely with PreSales Engineers and solution architects to design customized IaaS solutions that meet customer requirements and address their pain points. Create and present compelling technical proposals and solution architectures to customers.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Oversee the development and execution of PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions. Ensure PoCs are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Assist in the development of pricing and contract negotiation strategies.

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution guides, case studies, and best practice documents.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team to enhance our IaaS offerings. Continuously improve PreSales processes and strategies based on performance metrics.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). Proven experience in a PreSales or Solutions Engineering role, preferably in the cloud services or IaaS space.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing concepts, virtualization, networking, and security.
- Familiarity with IaaS platforms and technologies (e.g., Datacenters and public cloud like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Sales acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
