Key Skills: Infrastructure Presales, Technical Presales, Solutions Architect, Digital Workplace, End User Computing (EUC) Key Responsibilities: Technology - Competition Research - Identify tending technology - Evaluate the Business Case for the new technology - Draft POV and obtain approval for technology onboarding Alliances - Vendor Search and Evaluation - Shortlisting multiple vendors for each technology - Price Negotiations - Legal onboarding of vendor - Participate in OEM’s webinars and seminars to better understand the solutions/ and trends - Vendor Relationship management - Vendor Tech Funnel tracking Market Research - Conduct market research to find the relevance of current techs - Need - Trend - Analysis - Challenges - Solutions Analyst Audits - Participate in Analyst Audits and respond to queries on behalf of Hexaware to earn the accolades - DW competence - Effectiveness - Scope - Horizon - Diversity - Versatility Go to Market Strategy - Draft and implement Go To Market Strategy for DW Solutions - Webinars - Sessions - Presentations - In-person meetings - DW Presales solutions - Identify the scope and requirement - Identify the solutions and services to meet the requirements - Draft a solution - Prepare a proposal - Prepare the pricing - Present to the sales and client - Solution/bid defense - Participate in negotiations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Experience: - Overall 8 to 10 years of Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within the IT services industry. - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. - Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps. Skills and Competencies: - Understanding of DW portfolio - Frontline Services - End user compute - Unified Endpoint Management - M365 Service Portfolio - Experience Management - Digital Transformation Tools and technologies - Strong understanding of software development and web technologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, SaaS, and IT infrastructure. - Exceptional Presentation, proposal and SOW creation skills. Other Requirements: - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Strong customer focus and a keen sense of business opportunities. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. - Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Any technical certifications will be of an advantage - Work Location : Noida
