Job Location : Mira Road - Luxuria Office

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Understanding scope of work and project specification.
- Creative, conceptual, and enthusiastic with a hands-on attitude
- Capable in communicating and visualizing concepts.
- Providing inputs for planning and scheduling
- Finalizing of document control index/design brief.
- Architectural layout check for space and ensuring all plans are compliant with norms and regulations, fire integrity, classification, and modification based on inputs from other disciplines in line with company standards and policy
- Review and analyse tender documents to understand the scope of work and ensure/provide requisite support to consultants and the Site team by participating in meetings and review to enable bid submission and appointment on time as per design timeline schedule.
- Shared Cross Functionality Interface coordination with other disciplines including structural, electrical, mechanical, landscape, and quality for resolution of issues and clash-free architectural deliverables.
- Take responsibility, when required, for a specific part of the project, liaise with team members and other consultants involved in the project.
- Qualities and Skills required with construction experience and technical detailing skills strong design and graphic skills for closure of design.
- A team player with experience in leading projects and with high communication skills and ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

**Salary**: ₹14,243.68 - ₹60,738.19 per month
