LMC Architects is looking to hire an **Architect** with **minimum 4 years of work experience (Industrial experience)** in Architecture Design

LMC Architects has designed and built projects all over India as well as the Netherlands. We are devoted generalists who have an eye for detail and bring a fresh approach to each new project, the team is led by our founder and principal architect Lara De Rooij, a Dutch Architect.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **AutoCad**, **V-ray**, **Sketchup, Enscape** and **Photoshop**
- Communicating productively with the team and clients.
- Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.
- Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements.
- Good understanding of BOQ's
- Enthusiastic in conceptual and creative design developments.
- Must have experience in High end and luxury residential and hospitality projects.
- Must have a Bacherlor's or Higher degree in Architecture

**Location** : Churchgate, Mumbai.

Work from office.

Mon - friday

9:30 am to 6:30 pm
