ROLE DESCRIPTION-

THIS IS A FULLTIME ON SITE ROLE FOR SENIOR ARCHITECTS.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CREATIVE ARCHITECTS-

*EARLIER MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 3 YEARS WITH ARCHITECTURE PRACTICE.

*ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SKILLS INCLUDE PROFICIENCY IN CONCEPT BUILDING, SKETCHING AND PRESENTATION, WORKING DRAWINGS AND MUNCIPAL DRAWINGS WITH EFFICIENT DRAFTING SKILLS , CREATIVE AND ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS.

*SOFTWARE SKILLS INCLUDE PROFICIENCY WITH CAD SOFTWARE.

*INTEGRATION SKILLS TO ENSURE THAT ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP AND CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS WORKS SEEMLESSLY.

*FAMILIARITY WITH BUILDING BYLAWS AND REGULATIONS.

*HANDLING BPMS DRAWINGS IS A PLUS.

*STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

*COMMITMENT TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

* KNOWLEDGE OF SKETCHUP, 3D MAX AND ENSCAPE IS A PLUS.

*BACHELORS DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE.
