1. **Design**
- Architects must design, plan, and develop concepts to create construction plans and technical documents. These are based on client requirements and ideas.
- Creating sketches and drawings of architectural layouts and designs and All the design must get completed in assigned time.
- Determines client’s preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other variables.
- Prepares and presents designs, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed construction schedule.
- Modifies new or existing designs/plans as required.

2. **Research**:

- Architects must learn about the different building codes, safety regulations, construction innovations and city laws that affect their designs.
- These regulations are in constant evolution, they must stay up-to-date with new laws and requirements.

3. **Technology knowledge**:

- Architects must be trained in modeling software and techniques, such as BIM, Autocad, Revet, etc. This will help them remain competitive in the construction industry, which is becoming more technological.

4. **Team** **Handlin**g:

- Directs the junior architect & help them completing the task on time.
- Taking responsibilities of junior & maintain their performance on timely manner.
- Hiring of team & setting goals as per KRA.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
