**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented **Customer Support Executive** to join our growing logistics and commerce platform. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, clients, and delivery partners, ensuring a smooth order journey—from placement to delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with clients and delivery riders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and manage the complete order lifecycle.
- Resolve issues related to delayed, cancelled, or misplaced orders.
- Escalate any service or operational issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Maintain daily reports and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
**Shift & Work Expectations**:
- **Rotational Shifts** (Morning/Evening/Night)
- **Sundays & Special Days**:
- If working on a **Sunday**, you’ll receive a **comp-off** in the following week.
- If working on a **special day/holiday**, you’ll receive **one extra day’s pay**.
**Who You Are**:
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-solver with great attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.

Pay: ₹9,456.66 - ₹30,000.00 per month
