**Job Description**:
As an Sales officer at MPCP Care Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Orissa region, specifically in Bhubaneswar ,Cuttuck, Sambalpur and Balangir. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned territory.

Setting and strengthening of Distribution system

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Conducting product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any field

Strong Channel experience

Proven experience of more than 5 years in FMCG sales, preferably in the Personal Care industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with the Orissa market and understanding of consumer behavior.
