**Job Title: Hotel & Tour Booking Executive**

**Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle hotel, tour, and activity bookings as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators for availability and rates.
- Prepare customized itineraries and travel proposals.
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed and documented accurately.
- Resolve booking issues, cancellations, or changes promptly.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and client preferences.
- Assist in negotiating rates and building vendor relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in travel booking/reservations.
- Familiarity with hotel/tour booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, B2B portals).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
