Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in and Check-out:Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and facilitating their departure, including processing payments and returning deposits.
- Reservation Management:Handling booking requests, updating reservations, and managing guest profiles.
- Communication and Customer Service:Answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Problem Resolution:Addressing guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks:Maintaining records, filing documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
- Concierge Services:Assisting guests with requests such as booking tours, arranging transportation, or making restaurant reservations.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for guests.
- Teamwork:Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
