Key Responsibilities:
- **Guest Check-in and Check-out**:Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and facilitating their departure, including processing payments and returning deposits.
- **Reservation Management**:Handling booking requests, updating reservations, and managing guest profiles.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:Answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- **Problem Resolution**:Addressing guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintaining records, filing documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
- **Concierge Services**:Assisting guests with requests such as booking tours, arranging transportation, or making restaurant reservations.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area**:Ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for guests.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
