**Role Objective**: Ensure smooth execution of all career guidance activities through strong administrative, scheduling, and communication support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage appointments, events, webinars, and fairs.
- Maintain student data and records.
- Communicate with parents, students, and guest speakers.
- Create reports and MIS dashboards.
- Assist with event collaterals and presentations.
- Support marketing and internal communications.

**Ideal Background**:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration, Education, or HR. Freshers with strong organizational skills can apply.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Forms, Docs.
- Good written communication and record-keeping.
- Event coordination and time management.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of events coordinated.
- Accuracy of student records.
- Timeliness of communication.
- Internal team feedback on coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
