**Empower Futures as a Career Guidance Counselor at Lighthouse Communities Foundation**

Are you passionate about guiding young minds toward fulfilling careers? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Career Guidance Counselor to support youths, particularly from low-income communities, in navigating their career paths and making informed decisions about their futures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **One-on-One Counseling**: Conduct personalized sessions to understand each youth's unique aspirations and challenges, providing tailored guidance.
- **Educational Pathways**: Offer insights on educational options, skill development, and career choices that align with individual strengths and interests.
- **Career Exploration Activities**: Facilitate engaging activities to help youths identify potential fields of interest and explore various career opportunities.
- **Long-Term Planning**: Assist in creating comprehensive career plans that reflect their skills, values, and goals.
- **Skill Gap Analysis**: Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs to enhance employability.
- **Interview Preparation**: Provide coaching for job interviews, including mock interviews and constructive feedback.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and lead group sessions on career-related topics to inspire and inform participants.
- **Impact Reporting**: Generate reports on the effectiveness of career guidance programs for organizational evaluation.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate and support your colleagues as needed to foster a positive working environment.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: BA/MA in Psychology, Counseling, Training, or a related field. Certification in career counseling is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in career counseling or a similar role.
- **Group Management**: Capable of effectively guiding a group of 25-30 students.
- **Empathetic Approach**: A genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with local job markets, educational institutions, and vocational training programs.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficient in verbal and written communication in local languages, Hindi, and English.
- **Immediate Joiners Preferred**: Ready to make an impact right away

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
