**About us**:
We are currently searching for a qualified individual who can provide expert guidance to students based on their psychometric test results. As a career counselor, you will be responsible for calling & reaching out the leads, following-up with them and conducting online career counseling sessions with students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering and interpreting psychometric tests to understand the strengths, interests, and abilities of students and providing one-on-one career guidance.
- Cold-calling and following up on leads received through various channels to generate new business and increase sales of our products.
- Converting leads into sales by communicating the value of our products and meeting and overachieving the monthly target.
- Conducting online career counseling sessions and using our dashboard options to chat with students and answer their queries in real-time.
- Providing counseling to students on career planning and development, as well as admission procedures for various colleges and universities.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends to help students and working professionals understand the job market in their desired career or field.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with students and updating in real-time on CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of multiple domains of career
- Familiarity with job market trends and industries

**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counselling, psychology, or related field

**Experience**:Minimum of 4 years of experience in career counselling

**Working hours**: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
