**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior Sales Administrator** to support our Sales operation team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for consolidating pricing requests, assisting with proposal uploads in Salesforce, and coordinating attendees list for events hosted by the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Support**:
- Consolidate and track incoming pricing requests from the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing).
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of pricing documents.
- ** Salesforce Administration**:
- Upload and maintain proposals and supporting documentation in Salesforce.
- Ensure all relevant sales activities and documents are properly logged.
- Assist with maintaining data cleanliness and report generation as needed.
- ** Event Coordination**:
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to organizational events.
- ** General Administrative Support**:
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the sales team as needed.
- Help with scheduling, documentation, and other adhoc tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a similar sales support/admin role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills—written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
