Job Title: Junior Sales Executive

Location: Delhi, India

Experience: 1-3 years

**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our products/services.
- Uphold the company's values and brand image in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
