**Name of Profile: Junior Sales Executive**
**Team: Marketing & Sales Strategy**
**Location**:Work From Home
**Number of Opening: 10**

**Working Experience : -**
- Freshers can also apply
- Start-up experience preferred (optional)
- Previous experience in working with sales team (optional)
- EdTech work experience bonus (optional)
- Good Communication & Conversion Skills

- Someone who has strong Strategic & Communication skills and can persevere
- Interested in speaking to counsel and guide the students

Selection criteria:
- There will be two rounds of the interview process.

**1. **Group Discussion and **2. **Personal Interview.
- Training and onboarding will be done within a week.

Salary structure:
- For 80 Call Conversions within a month, the base salary to be offered is INR

10,000.
- INR 150 will be added to every successfully converted call.
- Bonus of INR 500 to INR 2500 will be added to the monthly salary based on the quality score of the employee (To be explained during training Sessions).
- Quality score will depend on certain parameters that will be rewarded through auditing of the calls.
