Job Title Junior Sales Executive Location Delhi Gurgaon Noida Chandigarh as per Company requirement Department Sales Business Development Reports To Regional Sales Manager Senior Sales Manager Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and field-ready Junior Sales Executive with 1-2 years of sales experience in any construction-related manufacturing industry The candidate will undergo a 6 month probation period with a fixed stipend Upon successful completion a performance-based CTC of 8-11 LPA will be offered Key Responsibilities Identify and meet clients including contractors distributors and procurement heads Promote FRP products like manhole covers cable trays rebars and fencing with technical understanding Assist with quotations order follow-ups dispatch coordination and documentation Support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports Maintain CRM and submit visit reports and sales updates Participate in product demos expos and business development events Qualifications Skills Diploma Graduate in Mechanical Civil Electrical or related field 1-2 years of experience in sales within construction product manufacturing Strong communication negotiation and follow-up skills Mandatory Candidate must own a laptop a two-wheeler four-wheeler and a valid driving license Fuel expenses will be reimbursed separately Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region Basic knowledge of MS Excel WhatsApp and email for reporting Compensation Probation Period First 6 Months 25 000 month Fixed Stipend Post-Confirmation Based on Performance 8-11 LPA CTC Fuel Reimbursement As per company policy
