About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting the sales process, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through lead generation and follow-ups. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales and grow into senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Assist senior sales executives in managing client accounts.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential customers.
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to the manager.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or exposure in sales/marketing is a plus.
