**About the job**

The SEO Associate will lead the process to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for our products.

**What will you do?**
- Strategise, plan & lead all SEO efforts.
- Grow the SEO channel and all brand's in order to generate additional visits and revenue while understanding the Paid team's efforts.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders & external SEO & content agencies
- Execute successful SEO jobs/tasks for assigned properties to maximize search engine visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research and analysis for organic search, taking advantage of SEO tools and write efficient meta tags based on your research
- Build an in-house dashboard, monitor trends on SEO best practices and techniques to ensure top website ranking, and identify new opportunities or challenges.
- Coordinate with the team project development, timelines, and results.
- Stay apprised of search engine and industry best practices and trends and share that knowledge with team members and functional groups.
- Quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
- Optimize website for SEO, PPC, and lead conversion
- Embrace a data-driven approach to turn data into insights to drive results.
- Optimize, update an existing website, and create new web pages

**We are looking for**:

- B. Tech or equivalent degree in computer science.
- Must have a creative and analytical thinking process
- Eye for detail is a must
- In-depth knowledge regarding keywords, link analysis/audit, search engine results, new search engine behavior, on-page optimization, meta tags, etc.
- Experience with technical SEO, understanding on how basic HTML/javascript affects ranking, and how our websites are being scrolled
- Experience with mobile-first ranking optimization and app experience is good to have.
- Experience with Google search console, Google Analytics & Google tag manager ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/jobs and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, is a must.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use the necessary technology
- Experienced in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap (3/4), JQuery/JavaScript
