**Role Description (This is Purely Profit Sharing Partnership)**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at SEO Scientist. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with running the agency, including sales, marketing, research, and communication. They will contribute to the development and implementation of SEO strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the team to drive digital growth.

**Qualifications**
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and interpret SEO metrics
- Excellent Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions and team collaboration
- Sales and Marketing skills: Experience in sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Research skills: Ability to conduct market research and identify industry trends
- Experience in the digital marketing industry
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithms
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in managing client relationships
